Our leadership team works diligently on fostering a positive work culture so that our employees feel supported and connected to their co-workers.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with snacks and beverages and our break room has a library of books, board games, and puzzles. Sokal also offers all employees eight work-from-home days a month, so you have the flexibility to make your own in-office schedule.
To further foster a strong work culture, Sokal has also created a Sokal Culture Committee (SCC). Composed of 12 employees from various departments, the SCC focuses on creating an environment where every employee feels seen, heard, and included. You’ll find the SCC sponsoring events such as weekly Zoom Happy Hours, lunchtime food trucks, an annual cornhole tournament, employee appreciation weeks, and more!
